This is a 2-page freebie. Use the first page to brainstorm some different things that bring you joy, such as drinking a cup of green tea, reading a good book, going for a hike, or traveling! It doesn’t matter how big or small it is, just write it down! Then use the weekly planner as way to schedule your moments of joy each day. There is room in everyone’s schedule experience at least a small moment of joy. If you find you have more time on a certain day, schedule a bigger joy on that day!
